Terms and Conditions

  • Right of Admission Reserved: I have the right to refuse services when the request is offensive, too difficult, or if it makes me uncomfortable in any way. I can also refuse if the client is very unresponsive or uncooperative.

  • Can draw, Won’t draw: Some items in the list may depend on the agreement between me and the client. ^^ Can draw: Humans, Animals (stylized), original characters, fan arts of different shows and games. Will NOT draw: NSFW/nude content, offensive content, propaganda, political content, mecha, horror/excessive gore

  • Commissions are for Personal Use Only: As the artist, I will send two artworks with different watermarks: a primary watermark that will be retained, and a secondary watermark for posting purposes to your email.

  • Commissioned artworks can be reposted in your own accounts, but the secondary watermark version must be visible.

  • You are not allowed to distribute and print it for commercial purposes, resell, or profit in any form.

  • Feeding it to AI or NFT is strictly prohibited.

  • Pieces can be altered ONLY with the artist’s consent. Claiming total ownership of the altered piece is not allowed, that is considered stealing.

  • Payments may be either: (1) Half-Half Installment: 1st Half will be paid on an agreed date, and the artist must send the initial sketch/progress on the artwork. 2nd Half of the payment will be done before the artist sends the finished artwork. (2) Full Payment: The artwork will be paid in full after the artist starts on the artwork and sent the first progress sketch (which is approved by the client).

  • In cases where the artist is unable to finish the commission due to circumstances (emergency, injury, schedule), any payment made will be refunded. You will have to send picture proof of your payment before the artist confirms and sends the final artwork to your email.

  • Working time: Certain number of slots will be open for one period. Depending on the number of commissions taken, the allotted working time on the commission will be around 3-4 weeks depending on the difficulty of the task itself. If the commission is light, I may be able to deliver it earlier than the allotted time, and you will be notified beforehand. However, if you want your artwork to be a priority and finished at an earlier time (1-2 weeks) an additional 10% charge is added.

(What to Expect?)

  1. Read the Terms and Conditions and review the Scribbles menu to make your decision.

  2. Answer the order form (Google Form) and place correct information. Pressing submit means the order is final. In case of a mistake, please reach out through DMs @philosmene (Instagram) or @cphilannoliva#4011 (Discord)

  3. Please wait for me to reach out, I may need patience for I may be busy, sleeping, resting, or working. I will send you an order slip confirming what you ordered.

  4. Extra reminders or additional info must be discussed as early as possible and during the time I am sending the progress of the drawing. Please refrain from requesting last-minute drastic changes. Make sure to be responsive on your DMs to avoid delay. Payments must be agreed upon on a certain date so that the artist will be able to issue an invoice.

  5. Please make the payments on the agreed dates.

  6. The final artwork will be sent to the email (gmail/yahoo only) you have specified on the Google forms.
